robertBob is a life-long educator; M. ED. Rutgers University, B.S. Villanova University, and child advocate who has spent four decades in the nonprofit sector. He has a deep background in education, educational theory, administration and nonprofit management. Previously, his work focused on the creation and development of two creative problem solving organizations helping them both to grow and diversify their respective portfolios on an international level. Prior to his work with We R 3C, Inc., he served as the President and Executive Director of the OM Association, Inc., and Destination ImagiNation, Inc. Both organizations are engaged in creative problem solving programming that helps their participants learn the art and skill associated with creative problem solving. In his work with Destination ImagiNation, accomplishments achieved with a wonderful and creative staff led to:

  • The diversification of the organization’s portfolio into eight major programs spread over 43 countries
  • The identification of meaningful relationships with over 16 major corporate sponsors and partners
  • The management of 350,000 yearly participants inclusive of 45,000 volunteers
  • The development of a creative problem solving “team focused” collaborative international management team
  • The delivery of numerous creativity and problem solving presentations on three different continents, the highlight of which was an April 2007 speech to a U.S. Congressional Sub Committee.

Bob is a life-long educator; M. ED. Rutgers University, B.S. Villanova University, and child advocate who has spent four decades in the nonprofit sector.

Bob has also diligently served a member of the Leadership Team for the Center for Creative Learning, Inc. in Sarasota, Florida. In addition he is a certified VIEW™ consultant and works to assist individuals and organizations in their identification of problem-solving style preferences in an effort to help build effective and collaborative teams that become leaders of innovation and change. His published works on this topic include principle author for Leading Education with Style and co-authoring three other booklets:Building Successful Families with Style, Creating Collaborative Boards and Committees with Style, and YOUR Style.

He is excited and motivated to have the opportunity to now lead a third nonprofit organization in his continual mission of helping kids make a difference.
